What We Do

How fitness trainers should work

The best way to create your fitness journey is for us to have a community based on evidence and individualization...

We provide structured personal training and small-group coaching built on evidence, assessment, and individualization—not templates or guesswork.

Training is most effective when it respects training history, health considerations, and individual capacity, while progressing safely toward meaningful goals.

Training Should be Individual, Not Guesswork

  • Structured Intake and Assessment

  • Programming matched to training history and goals

  • Monitored progression and risk awareness

  • Collaboration with healthcare providers when appropriate

  • Building confidence, physical capacity, and long-term health through structured training.

Performance and Athletes

  • Developing strength, durability, and sport-specific readiness through planned progression.

How the Process Works

  1. Screening- Health history, goals, and readiness for training

  2. Assessment- Movement quality, strength, and capacity

  3. Program Design- Selection of the appropriate training pathway

  4. Onboard- Learning required systems, exercises, and expectations

  5. Monitored Training- Coach-assisted technique, feedback, and progression

  6. Progress- Gradual increases in strength, capacity, and confidence

  7. Re-assessment- Objective evaluation of outcomes and next steps

Josh has helped me build and regroup my body after being sidelined with a knee injury. Since then he has done a tremendous job of putting my body back in shape to do what I love like playing sports while simultaneously teaching me the ins and outs of the gym and strengthening my body.
