Step 2: Performance Pathway
Trusted Performance. Proven Practices. Professional Coaching.

Performance Built on Movement Quality and Readiness
Our Athletic / Performance Pathway is designed for athletes and high-performing individuals who want to improve strength, speed, power, and durability—while reducing injury risk.

Performance training starts with screening for medical clearance, followed by understanding how well you move, not just how much you can lift or how fast you can go. This pathway ensures your training is built on a solid foundation.

How We Work With You
Movement & Performance Screening

We begin with industry-recognized assessments to evaluate movement quality, control, and asymmetries, including:

-
Functional Movement Screen (FMS-1)
-
Functional Capacity Screen (FCS)
-
Y-Balance Test (YBT)

These tools help identify movement limitations, imbalances, and areas that may limit performance or increase injury risk.
Additional Fitness & Sport-Specific Testing
When appropriate, performance clients may also complete:

-
General fitness assessments (strength, endurance, cardiovascular capacity)
-
Sport-specific testing metrics, selected based on your sport, position, and goals

This allows us to tailor training demands to what actually matters for your performance.
Performance-Driven Programming

Your results are used to design training that:

-
Improves movement efficiency and control
-
Develops strength, power, and conditioning safely
-
Targets performance gaps specific to your sport or goals
-
Progresses intelligently as capacity improves

Progression & Long-Term Development
Performance is not static—and neither is your program.

As you progress, we:

-
Reassess movement and performance markers
-
Adjust training variables to match higher demands
-
Integrate more advanced strength, speed, and conditioning work

Some clients remain in this pathway long-term. Others may cycle between Performance Training, Personal Training, or Fitness Classes depending on season, schedule, or goals.

Our goal: help you train harder, move better, and perform at a higher level—without unnecessary setbacks.
