Our General Fitness Pathway is designed for clients who are medically cleared for exercise and want to improve overall health, strength, endurance, and confidence.

This pathway supports multiple successful outcomes. For some clients, that means personal training.
For others, it means getting involved in structured fitness classes. Both are valid and effective paths, depending on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
