Our Adaptive transition pathway helps medically cleared clients recovering after medically cleared post physical therapy, surgery, or periods of limited mobility restoring safe, functional movement, and regaining confidence in their bodies.

Assess mobility, posture, and movement patterns to identify restrictions or weaknesses. -
NASM CES Protocol

We don’t want clients to stay in this pathway forever. Once your movement is restored, you can transition to:
