WEEK 2 — CONSISTENCY
Build a routine you can repeat.
Last week, we established your starting point.
You completed your initial meeting, completed your fitness assessment, and began your coached training. This week, we're taking that information and beginning to build your routine.
The goal isn't perfection. It's consistency.
Your training, nutrition, recovery, and daily habits all work better when they become part of your normal routine rather than something you have to constantly think about.
This Weeks Goals:
Right now:
Schedule your training. Choose your group training sessions ahead of time and put them into your schedule.
Listen to Guided Meditation Week 1 every day one (1) time. We'll begin changing our current views, feelings, and confidence in our ability to exercise.
Attend your first nutrition meeting. We'll begin looking at your current eating habits and establish the first nutrition behaviors that support your goals.
Things to consider:
Reduce friction. Think about what makes it harder for you to follow through. Preparing your gym clothes, scheduling workouts, planning meals, or knowing what you're doing ahead of time can make consistency easier.
Expect imperfect days. Busy schedules, missed workouts, restaurants, poor sleep, and unexpected events will happen. The goal isn't to avoid them. The goal is to get back to your routine quickly.
Your Focus
This week, focus on three things:
1. Show up. Attend your scheduled training sessions and meetings.
2. Follow the plan. Start practicing the behaviors discussed with your coach.
3. Learn what works. Pay attention to what makes consistency easier or harder for you.
We're not trying to change everything at once.
We're building a system you can continue to follow long after these 12 weeks are over.
Week 2 Question
At the end of this week, ask yourself:
What made it easier—or harder—for me to follow my plan?
Your answer will help us determine what to work on next.
