Step 1: Orientation

Orientate

This is the entire process from you booking your first consultation, leading up to your first booked personal training session.  It allows you to understand our process, and ensures that you have the highest likeliness of meeting your goals.

Consultation

We believe in a thorough intake process.  Our orientation begins our first time meeting for a consultation.  During your consultation you can expect a thorough assessment of your thoughts surrounding fitness, as well as descriptions of what differences are realistic to expect.

S.M.A.R.T goals

If we do determine that you may fit better with another training service, gym, or physical therapy/ other medical interventions before beginning with us, we WILL let you know.  Here at Best Fitness we believe that the best service we can provide, is the one that results in the best health outcomes for each and every person that interacts with us.  You can feel comfortable knowing that you WILL NOT be pushed into goals that cannot be achieved and you will be given S.M.A.R.T, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.  If you do not achieve these goals, we will work with you until you do.  We guarantee results, or we continue coaching.

Nutrition

Our process begins with nutrition assessments and interventions, as 80% of your health begins in the kitchen.  Expect a tailored- lifestyle change, and not simply a "count your calories" recommendation that previous coaches may have given.  You will be led STEP-BY-STEP through the process of learning healthy eating and decision making.

Fitness

You will speak with your coach about the equipment, exercise area, and goals for your training and you will be given a program tailored to those goals.  Expect to work hard, but after each session your goal is to feel BETTER, not hurt.

Testing

A variety of testing metrics will be sent to you according to your goals.  Expect to test yourself in these and enter the data so that your coach can see your results over time.  Without results-based workouts, you cannot know if you are moving towards your goal!

Post-Session

After each session you will be asked how you felt about that exercise session.  Be honest and record answers as you go along
